Welcome to my website! I am a dedicated and energetic full-time Realtor. I am also a bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English), savvy negotiator with over a decade of experience and a 99% transaction conversion rate in assisting local and foreign buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate objectives.

My goals are to deliver a personalized and professional service in a timely manner; to understand my customers’ real estate needs; to maintain constant communication; and to pay attention to detail, in order to achieve the desired results.

I was born and raised in Venezuela and have been fortunate enough to travel to various countries, thus giving me a good perspective of different cultures. My educational background includes an Engineering degree from Georgia Tech (Georgia Institute of Technology) and MBA studies from the University of Carabobo in Valencia, Venezuela.

I dedicated 15 years to the chemical-textile private industry in engineering and managerial roles and spent 8 years in the management field of a construction firm. Once I relocated to South Florida, I decided to use my transferable skills in helping my customers with all their real estate needs.

I am a service-oriented person and love to advise people and help people achieve their dreams with the skillset I have achieved throughout the years and my time, knowledge, and patience.  I work with confidence in my clients to instill trust in them and build true relationships that last for years.
